Hi there! Welcome to My Amulet ⭐

My journey with running has always been up and down. After healing my relationship with my body, I found myself wanting to move a little more - to show my body love and care, not punishment.

This leads us on to the summer of 2024. when my partner and I started our running journeys - we found it hard, and we found that that we needed a little reminder to push us through the hard moments. To remind us how strong and capable we are. To remind us of our why. And where better to put that reminder than on our trainers, so it was with us every *literally* step of the way!

Through hard work and perseverance, out came our 'amulets' - good luck charms for your trainers. We handmake every single pair :)

What began as a personal challenge quickly evolved into something bigger. We believe that the right words at the right moment can transform an ordinary run, walk, or day into something magical. Our mission is to be there, step by step, as runners everywhere discover their strength, resilience, and joy in movement.

Although running has ebbed and flowed in my life over the past year, I have worn our shoe tags every day, whether that's a trip to the shops or a dog walk, as a little reminder of how far I have come, and that I can get through anything life throws at me.
